I help leaders turn deeper insight into lasting change.
My work combines psychology with more than two decades of leading people and change inside global organisations. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and an Executive Master’s in Change (EMC) from INSEAD. I have also completed Stanford University’s People, Culture and Performance Strategies from Silicon Valley programme and trained in the Immunity to Change approach developed by Harvard's Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey.
This helps me connect big ideas to the behaviour, decisions and organisational dynamics that determine what actually changes.
